MERP

The MetaPro Employee Referral Program (MERP) is designed to bring qualified candidates to the company through our most dynamic and effective recruiting source – employees. All current, full-time and part-time regular employees are eligible for referral cash incentives except for those employees in the Human Resources (HR) department, managers and above, and supervisory personnel who possess direct responsibility for filling a position within their span of control. As part of this program, email resumes of prospective candidates that you think may suit the requirements for any of the position on the Job postings section of our company website Career. Once a referred candidate is successfully hired, you will be rewarded with a cash award of $500 per referral.

Remember the following when forwarding the resumes:
1. Include your name and employee number
2. Include team name/department
3. Include supervisor name
